1991 capri I lost the ignition key and I need to move?

its in my driveway and I lost the key I have the trunk key . It just opens the trunk.
If I took off the plastic collar around the steering wheel , will it free the ignition so I can move it( putting the trunk key in its place. As for now the steerings locked)
The cars not worth much and I don't want to call a locksmith. That would cost more than the car

Call the nearest tow company and offer them the title if they will tow it off. They won't need a key.
that wont work. either call a locksmith, a mechanic or bust the lock. if you are good with tools you can take the ignition apart jus enought to use a scrwdriver or other tool to start it. otherwise bust it.
