Maybe they where bad locksmiths I can open it in a few minutes
Can be challenging. You will probrably need to find an old timer who has plenty of exp with a pick set. The average slim jim / whammy bars dont typically work with some of those model years of vetts.
GM locks usually have a rod that extends from the lock button on the door to the door lock assembly in the door. In most lockout kits there is what looks to be an oversized rod in the shape of the letter Z with small hooks on both ends. Insert the rod between the glass and the door near the outside lock cylinder and push firmly down so that it enters into the door. using a rocking motion while inspecting the lock button you will now attempt to hook the rod onto the lock rod that transverses the length of the door. When you have done that correctly you will now see the lock button move if you move the rod. Push the rod laterally towards the leading edge of the door while watching the button. If you are on the rod it will start to move the button and then finally unlock the door.
You could also go to the Chevy dealer and give them the VIN number and they may be able to cut you a new key
crowbar to driverside window reach in unlock car and drive to glass shop
Take a wedge and pry the window back by pushing it between the glass and the door. Use a :shepards rod( U shaped ) to go between the outside of the glass up underneath it and push down on the unlock button on the armrest
