97 Dodge ram 1500 Lost key.Door open. Need to unlock steering & Gearshift and start engine. Drill hammer scre

It is my truck . the body is shot .use for hunting off road trails etc. no locksmith or shop. have electric drill big screwdriver and hammer. what do i do to get it mobile?

Disassemble the steering column and remove the lock cylinder.Which is the part where you would put the key in.Disconnect the battery and remove the airbag first ,if you still have one.
Then you can place a screwdriver in it to turn.and you will not have destroyed the steering column.
