Always Right @ 9:09 pm

What are your customers late with?

You need to put it in your invoice. I would charge 5% additionally for every thirty days late. After 90 days turn it over to a collections company.

Legally this means nothing, you should consult a lawyer to check about what you should do.

Its not that simple to charge more money. You have to consult a legal expert. But even if it is legal, it will be hard to enforce.

But you can tell people this is how it works, and it might get them to pay in time.
