Don’t know but in U.S. they’re considered “burglars tools” and possession is a Felony; in some cases. carrying a mandatory prison sentence. “hobbyists?” – come on now !
First you need an edueimication (sic) in world locks:
Locks in India and middle eastern countries are as varied as the amount of retarded questions on Yahoo Answers.
(you would need a pick kit the size of a Yugo)
“If” you are indeed a Locksmith in India you wouldn’t need to ask HERE at all.
If you are a “Hobbyist” I am very SORRY, certain activities on this planet are not HOBBIES,
Burglary, Theft, Rape, Murder, Drugs, and Lock-picking all fall into this category. Asking stupid questions on the other hand, unfortunately, CAN be a “hobby”!
