Can a locksmith make a key for a 1997 camero without the key number?

Yes they can make new keys just from the vin #. I had to get keys made for my trans am like this.

You should be able to get the information you need from any GM dealership by giving them your V.I.N. number.

If not then you need to find another locksmith.

they should be able to if not go to a dealership with the vin and proof that u own it and they can make u a key

go to the dealer better and cheaper
