these keys seem to be hard to copy. have you tried contacting the company that owns the building or the company that makes the locks?
if it is really neccesary why not change the locking mechanism, get a locksmith to do it who can provide more keys
I am very familiar with these, the only way you can get copies is to go to the Locksmith or Contractor that installed them as the keyway is protected and no other manufacture can copy or make the keys or key blanks.
