Does anyone know how to get a court order without a lawyer?

My divorce was final on 8 Nov 2006. My ex spouse had exclusive use of the house until the decree. When there was no continuance of temporary order giving him the use of the house (and he doesn’t live there); I went to the house, had a locksmith unlock the door and proceeded to remove my premarital and personal property. He called the police and had them remove me from the property using the temporary orders. My lawyer did nothing. He had told me since I owned half of the house that as soon as the decree was final I could go over and get my things without my ex’s knowledge because he’s not living in the home. It’s been empty for 8 months. Can someone please help me?

You can defend yourself in a court of law most of the paperwork you need can be found @ the library and con be printed filled out signed IN FRONT OF a Notary and you can proceed to court. I would also get a different lawyer if you can’t get this worked out.
you should have a lawer against him. no one can’t stand in the court without your lawer. it is a part of process.
to make it final, go to the garage, and get a Gery-can of petrol.
