My sister went through this recently. She had to call
the Police to put in a panel through the door and
claimed it on the insurance.
Locked out of car or house? If it’s just the car you can slice the rubber gasket around those little back windows with a blade. Cheaper to fix than the gasket and the broken window.
If its just a Yale lock get a friend with a cordless drill to drill a hole through the middle of the barrel and it will fall apart, easy as that!!
Otherwise break in, it will be cheaper to repair the damage than pay for a locksmith.

Should be cheaper through normal hours, but you will need to book them in advance, no guarantee that you will get one tomorrow. You could try getting a joiner, they are quite good at breaking in and they will be able to fix the damage.
You’ll be charged an out of hours call out fee unless you can contact someone with another key.
If it’s just the yale lock have you tried the wire coat hanger through the letter-box to catch and pull down the latch?
