I can’t remember when the last time was that I lost my keys, so I guess I’m doing well. LOL
I live in China. I lost my house key…err, misplaced my housekey once. The most aggravating thing about it was trying to get a locksmith out to my apartment to unlock my door. There is definitely a communication problem when I try to get things done. It was an experience! But, in the end, I found the key I thought I lost in a different pocket of my jacket…IDIOT?! Yes, I am!
My neighbor now keeps an extra key for me. She is absolutely beautiful…I lose my key alot now! hehe
(It cost me 200RMB = around 25USD to get the door open.)
I hate missplacing my keys! I always try to check my purse before I close the door. One time I lwent out and when we got home – no house key. Had to ride over to my sister’s house (she has one to the home) and get hers so we could get in. Grrr! Luckily, I did not have to call the locksmith.
I can never find my keys. I suspect that my cats take the car out after we have all gone to sleep. Would explain both the missing keys and the cat hair in the car.

I lost my wife’s keys a week or so ago, and they had her office keys on them,,, man is she royally pi$$ed.
I used to misplace mine, but now I have a little wooden plaque I use that’s in the kitchen, it says ‘keys’ on it. I keep a spare with me when I travel. I did this after I locked my keys in the car at a family reunion and had to get a locksmith. It was quite a sight seeing me drive up in the tow truck waving to all my family. lol
It seems like I lose my keys one time each week!
I looked all over this morning for the keys, they were in the front door…all night too. I can be such an idiot at times.

I have never replaced my keys. I have walked out of the house and locked myself out though. Last time that happened was a little over three years ago.
I keep a key hid under my car frame that’s in a magnetic box. I’m terrible with keys!
