Now, you are aware that it would be difficult to instruct any individual in how to use a large application such as Peachtree, right? What you need to do is click on the Help menu and then begin reading the topics there. Once you do this you can then go to the Peachtree website and look for tutorials or other educational materials.
I use Quickbooks, and while it may be similar to Peachtree, the actual task steps are probably very different.
Try this, click around the tabs and menu items until you locate the expense area of the application. Once you are in the proper area click on F1 for context sensitive help. This will open the Help files to that particular topic. At least it should.
These types of applications have a lot of resources to receive assistance in their usage. Just access those resources and you should be good to go.
You could also consider taking a course at your local community collge. Most community colleges have such courses for both Quickbooks and Peachtree in the accounting section.
