how do i go about getting employed as a newly trained locksmith?

i have very recently finished a locksmith’s course and wish to gain more confidence and experience before setting out on my own but i am not sure who employ locksmiths,so i would like to know who i should be contacting for information.

What springs to mind (pardon the pun!) is for you to coldcall the:
Local post office – they have many locks on their delivery/collection boxes – they must employ locksmiths.
Large estate agents who rent out property – they must use locksmiths to replace keys that their tenants have lost.
Railway/Bus companies – again they have many locks.
