call the police, they’ll come help
Call your local police department. Most of them will try to open your car for you. Good luck.
slide a wire hanger or a slim jim bar into the front of your side door window, moove it around and pull it up sharply
Call a tow truck…
They usually have the kind of tool that opens your car…
I once locked my keys in my car and luckily a thug was walking by and I thought for sure this loser will know how to help me and he pulled down one of the back windows with his palms. he put his open hands against the glass and pulled it down with his palms. give this a try!!!
oh, right, thanks for reminding me concrete, yes they were power windows and this did ruin the motor.
There are usually 24 hour service locksmiths. Or call the police.
Get some extra keys made.
Well….the wire hanger thing won’t work if your car is a 1995 model or newer, and if you don’t want to (or can’t!) call the police, then just bite the bullet and break a window.
Don’t pull the windows down if it’s power windows! It will ruin the motor.
Get a wire clothes hanger and make in to a hook.
slide in by the window down into the door.
Feel the lock and pull up hard. good luck!
You might try the local fire department, or a tow company. Most have lockout kits and can help you. If you have AAA call them and they can help!
I saw the best trick by a tow truck driver. He took a blood pressure “balloon” thing (you know what I’m talking about) and slid it into the door crack. Then he inflated it and there was JUST enough room to stick in a wire hanger or a thin rod of some type.
But if you don’t have a blood pressure thingy then a wire hanger should do the trick. I’ve done it on my car twice. But some cars are sealed tight enough to make that impossible.
If none of those work, call a tow truck, or the cops.
What have *you* thought to do so far? Please explain why it didn’t occur to you to call a tow truck or the police, or are you jackin’ someone’s ride?
