You will get your BEST answer by calling some locksmiths in you area. I found that prices seem to range by city, town, locksmith etc.
Tell them you only need the lock REKEYED.
if there normal locks on a house like a deadbolt than just take the locks out and take them to home depot and they will change the locks of about 5 dollars a lock cheap and easy
takle your doorknob to a hardware store and have them rekeyed
