I lost my keys?

does anyone know if a locksmith or such can come out and make a copy/ mold of the lock to my car and make a new set?
i just want to know if there is a such thing. if someone somewhere can do it then it can be done.

I lose mine all the time. I think you need to let us know where you are before asking these questions.
Call your car dealer ! they should be able to help ! or at least recommend the best solution !

it can be done, I have had every key i own replaced~
If you have a new car just making a key wont do you any good….most keys these days have an anti theft chip in them and you need to get a replacement key from the dealer….
if that is the case you can get your door open but you still will not be able to start your car with the key…..
your best bet may still be to go to the dealer because they should have a pattern for your key once you give them the vin number and other information……
Yeah.. its normally about &50 or so.. If you have triple A it’s normally free.. If you don’t have Triple A look in the yellow pages for a locksmith…
If you have an older car you can ussually use a Coat Hanger to get it unlocked… It’s pretty simple to do really.. And free.
hey bro, thanks for love on my key question but anyways…
sadly i did not find my keys and i had to get a new pair made. Since I have a Volvo, i gave them the “key” code so they could lazer cut a new one. I don’t know if you have a volvo or if any other companies have the same feature but i had to shell out 191 dollars for two new keys. Good luck man.
