not an odd combination since i already fit locks to new doors and change locks for new tenats housebuyers..lol

what an odd combination!
You don’t mention if your employed or unemployed.
If you have alot of time on your hands, you could always go to your local shoe repairers, and offer to help out on weekends for low pay as a means to learn about keys&locks, it may or may not be ideal, but it’s a start :)

u would be better contacting the association of locksmiths the address can be found on the internet they will provide you with details of your nearest training centre which provide courses and training its a point worth knowing that if you have a criminal record that your money spent will be wasted as your required by most companys to disclose your personal information on a national database
