Locksmiths?

Do locksmiths get much business done because it would seem to me that people don’t always dick something up and lock their key in the car or lock themselves out of the house. So what is anyone a locksmith here do you get what 1 person a month or something? How do you stay in business is it just from stupid mistakes?

If the store has been around for over a year, they most have enough business to stay alive. Most advertise to big companies that have a big job that needs to be done. They may take on jobs like rekeying the entire building and installing doors and locks. Majority of the income is from other business owners and not walk ins.
