On the door already and they are residential locks. KW or SCH. Not sure, but they are not commercial locks.

would depend on the type of locks and if they have removable cores in them or not.. also are they commercial grade locks or residential..are they already installed in the doors or in the box..could be anywhere from $25 to over $100 per lock depending…
Setting up the master system is not difficult at all, especially with SCHLAGE residential locks. you can expect to pay about 10-20 dollars, to key the locks. A lock smith will have to do this. If all the units are close together, I would charge no more than $20.00/door. You don’t need to pay a locksmiths rate, to get them changed out. If you’re in the Boston area, feel free to contact me. I have been a carpenter/contractor for 35 years, and now, only like jobs that don’t require help, or sore backs.
