still trying so will ask again, floor safe?
Question by tominhaiti:
I asked a couple weeks ago this question and got not one good answer. I have a rhino floor safe with electronic keypad and key to open. I live in 3rd world country, have no locksmith and no book. Checked online and it does not tell how to change combo for 4 digit password, just 6 digit. Mine is 4. I need to change this generic code as people know it, any ideas, thanks

Read the manual….
Is it any of these?
Well I would say, open the safe with the key, then look inside on the door, prehaps there will be some instruction there, or you could fuss with it awhile and will find how to change from 4 to 6. There may be a little switch. Also check and see if the screen can hold 6 digits it may only be a 4 digit. I hope this helps I have never heard of a Rhino floor safe before.
Oh and please pick mine for best answer.
I checked their site too, but as you said there are no instructions for a 4 digit code change. Have you considered contacting the company directly, or a dealer of their products in your country?
All I could find on the site that might be of use is the same thing you would find…contact information. Sorry.
