they said I need OBD connector and dealer or locksmith can do it. How much does it cost? Anyone familar with it and can explain more about it. i can get the key, but need it to be cut and program. what the reasonable price to get it cut and programed?

You can get this done at any Honda or Acura dealership for around $50-$75.
You will need to bring picture ID and your registration.
Buy the keys, always get 2, call a real Locksmith in your area for their rates. For us to come to you, cut the keys (Laser Cut) and program we charge 125. It may be more or less depending on where you are at.
