Contact a Toyota dealer, they can make you a key probably for a lot cheaper. I lost mine for a Buick and they didn’t even need the car there. It cost me 85$ and it had a chip in it. You will need to prove it is yours with a title, registration or something of that sort.

PRICE FOR THIS SORT OF THING VARIES DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE.IN HOUSTON,TEXAS USA IT COSTS $120 FOR THE KEY AND $80 TO PROGRAM IT TO YOUR CAR.THE ONLY KICKER IS THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO TOW YOUR VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THAT WOULD BE AN EXTRA EXPENSE.THAT IS PROBABLY WHY THE LOCKSMITH IS CHARGING YOU MORE TO GO TO YOUR CAR AND MAKE A KEY RIGHT THERE.
